ELDERS
With Jesus Christ as the head of the church, Bethany Church is governed by a Board of Elders. Their primary responsibility is to seek God’s direction for the church, ensuring that all decisions align with biblical truth and the church’s mission. God has blessed the Board with diverse spiritual gifts, enabling them to lead with wisdom, integrity, and a heart for service.
Accountability is maintained within a team structure, with decisions made through prayer and collective discernment. Each elder serves for a designated term, providing stability and continuity in leadership. The Lead Pastor oversees the daily operations of Bethany Church while also serving as a key member of the Board of Elders
